7. Subscription and Payment Terms

aurathenticaeons offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payment must be made through the payment methods specified on our platform. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to premium features until payment is made. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with your subscription.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting our support team or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Centre.

Before initiating arbitration, parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 60 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This waiver applies to all claims and disputes that may arise between you and aurathenticaeons.

10. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and aurathenticaeons regarding the use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

aurathenticaeons shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
